Scholarship and Funding in Netherlands

The Netherlands is an incredibly attractive country for international students and every year hundreds of them come here to study. Education quality is among the best in the world, universities offer various English language programs and studying in the Netherlands is inexpensive compared to countries like the United Kingdom and the US. 1. The Netherlands Fellowship Programs (NFP)
The Netherlands Fellowship Programs (NFP) is funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is designed to promote capacity building within organizations in 51 countries through the provision of fellowships for professional training and education. World citizen talent scholarship for international students is offered by the Applied Sciences University of Hague, which provides financial support to potential Bachelor and Master student who are international students. The scholarship is based on merit and is focused on students who display potential and creativity.

4. Holland Scholarships
International students wishing to pursue their education in the Netherlands are offered Holland Scholarships. The Dutch Ministry of Education, as well as several Dutch research universities and applied sciences university’s finance these scholarships. The deadline for applying for the award is February or May.

5. Erasmus Mundus Scholarships in Netherlands
Dutch Universities take part in quite a few research programs sponsored by Erasmus Mundus Scholarships. The Scholarships require foreign students in the Netherlands to enter a participating Erasmus Mundus study program.
